In the middle of nowhere, occupying a dominant position in a landscape of big beauty, CAJOUTEL reveals its four tropical chalets, its swimming pool and its reception.
This unique site, in the southeast of Martinique, between the municipalities of Diamond and "Anses d'arlets", benefits from an exceptional sight on the bay "petite-anse", typical fishermen's village accessible at approximately 800 meteres and bathed by a beach renowned for the quality of its water.
Pleasure, prosperity are in the center of CAJOUTEL.
DESCRIPTION OF THE chalets :
Cajoutel 1
This chalet in height-foot, of a surface of 80M ² includes:
- A wooden balcony which dominates the beach and the bay of petite-anse.
- A kitchen opened on a big living room and a lounge. This kitchen is completely equipped!
- Two air-conditioned double rooms provided with arrangements (cupboards, bedside tables).
Cajoutel 2,3 et 4
These chalets have a living space of 116M ² distributed on two levels.
The first floor is constituted:
- Of a stay
- Of a first glazed lounge(show) overhanging the sea
- Of a deuxieme lounge / room to eat with opened kitchen.
The floor includes:
- 3 air-conditioned double rooms
- 1 bathroom
Cajoutel 2,3 and 4 have the same comfort as cajoutel 1. An equiped kitchen (oven, refrigerator, hot plates, toaster, electric grill, dishes for 8 persons), cupboards, bedside tables and writing cases in rooms, a glass high table in the lounge, the arrangements in the bathroom.
